Role Overview
Clinicians at Fort Smith Therapy practice as independent contractors (1099). You maintain control over your schedule, caseload size, and clinical approach, while practicing within an established group setting that provides administrative infrastructure and referral support.
This model is designed for clinicians who value professional autonomy without the isolation of practicing alone.

Who we’re looking for
Fort Smith Therapy may be a good fit if you:
Are fully licensed in Arkansas (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, Psychologist)
Practice from an attachment-informed, trauma-informed, or relational lens
