Licensed Associate Counselor

Peyton Hall, LAC

Hello, I'm Peyton Hall.  Originally from Kansas, I decided to call The Natural State home a few years ago.  I am married and have a sweet baby girl, who is our world.  Before becoming a mom, I was in the Arkansas Army National Guard.  I have a deep passion for serving veterans and their families.  Outside of work, you will find me at the park with my daughter, exercising with my husband, or reading a book.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent five years as a school counselor, working with children, teens, and college-aged students. During that time, I realized that, at the core, most people share the same fundamental needs — we all want to be heard, understood, and feel loved. As a school counselor, I developed a deep desire to continue offering my students the therapeutic support they needed to truly thrive.

My Professional Background

I received my B.S. in Human Development and Family Sciences from Kansas State University and received my Masters of School Counseling from Kansas State University.  After I became a school counselor, I took additional post-graduate classes through Southern Arkansas University's Clinical Mental Health Counseling Program in order to become a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC).

Most people go through periods of life where they need extra support and guidance.  My goal is to help you bridge the gap between where you are now and where you want to be.  I have a passion for helping individuals of all ages find their voice and navigate life's challenges.  I believe our emotions drive our actions and I am committed to guiding my clients in understanding where these emotions are coming from.  Asking for help is the first step and I am so proud of you for doing so!
